The ground rules for using MauzoPilot while it is in early access.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This document describes how MauzoPilot actually works today. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, so it is not a claim of legal compliance and may change as the product matures.
These terms cover your use of the MauzoPilot website, your MauzoPilot account, and the MauzoPilot apps. By creating an account or downloading the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
MauzoPilot is under active development. Some features, including cloud synchronization, are early and still being verified. The software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
The application source code is published under the GNU General Public License v3.0, which governs your rights to that code.
Prices on the pricing page are proposals, not offers for sale. There is no checkout and no billing in the product, so nothing is charged. If paid plans launch, the price and terms will be shown and agreed to before any payment is taken.
You own your business data. You are responsible for keeping backups; backup files are not encrypted, so store them securely. We do not guarantee that data will never be lost, and sync does not replace backups.
See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
MauzoPilot records sales and cash activity, but it does not submit to KRA, issue e-invoices, or claim tax compliance. Its profit figures are estimates, not audited accounts. You remain responsible for meeting your own tax, licensing, and bookkeeping obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, arising from use of an early-access product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. You can stop using MauzoPilot at any time; to close your account, email samgates.dev@gmail.com.
The governing law, dispute resolution, consumer-protection requirements, and any operating entity details have not been settled and need professional legal review before commercial launch.
